Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Alexander Zmirich, doing business as Optimal Zenith (“Optimal Zenith,” “we,” “us”) collects through optimalzenith.com and our coaching, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

Your name and email address when you check out.
Anything you send us by email, phone, text, or social media message.
Coaching information you share during onboarding and check-ins. This can include your goals, training history, schedule, injuries or health conditions, body weight and measurements, progress photos, and what you eat. Some of this is health information, and we treat it with extra care.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to manage your subscription, such as your name, email, payment status, and the last four digits of your card.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We may also use analytics tools that use cookies to understand how visitors use the site.

2. How we use it

To provide your coaching and build and adjust your plans.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To reply to your questions and send messages about your coaching or account.
To keep the site working, secure, and useful.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We use your health information only to coach you. We do not use it for advertising.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

Stripe, to process payments.
The companies that host our website, database, and email, so the site and our communications work.
Analytics providers, if we use them, to measure site traffic.
Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.
A buyer or successor if the business is ever sold or transferred.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. If we use analytics, those tools may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. The site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

5. How long we keep it

We keep coaching information while you are a client and for a reasonable time after, in case you return or have questions. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your coaching information sooner.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you non-essential emails. Email optimalzenith@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another place with similar laws, you also have the right to object to or limit how we use your information, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We use your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running the business. We use health information you choose to share because you ask us to coach you with it, and you can withdraw that consent by ending coaching and asking us to delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure connections and trusted service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Where your information is stored

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you are outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to the U.S.

9. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are always on this page. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will email active clients before it takes effect.
